Install new InVar wire NEW ZERO call site XSJ3 now November 2007 swap-out electronics and DCP for a new version; Telemetry voltage range now 0-5v; scale factor is now 149 counts(mv) per mm fault slip (creep). April 1, 2011 Change in scale factor by 6% based upon comparison of digital data with aperiodic micrometer measurements; archived data uses this correction.
