July 2006  wire broke; needed to wait until
         farm field was harvested

Feb 2007  excavate the anchor end. Install
        new InVar wire
       NEW ZERO  call site XSJ3 now

November 2007 swap-out electronics and DCP for a new version; Telemetry 
voltage range now 0-5v; scale factor is now 149 counts(mv) per mm 
fault slip (creep).
