sjn/nyl San Juan Bautista; Nyland Ranch This creepmeter is creepmeter is a reoccupation of the SJN1 creepmeter initially installed by Robert Nason in 1967 and described in Schulz (1989). That creepmeter was abandoned in 1985 following several problems at the site. In 2004, Roger Bilham (U. Colorade) installed an instrument which operated for about 10 years but abandoned due to frequent flooding. In 2020, Bilham installed another creepmeter, which hopefully, is resistant to flooding. In 2022, day of year 151, the baseline of the instrument was lengthened. The data provided here starts in 2004. The files between the pre 2014 and post 2020 intervals have been merged, but the offset between the two sets needs to be estimated. For most of 2023, the site was off-line. It was rebuilt in April 2024. There is an unknown offset between early 2023 and April 2024.
