Errata for the Hector Mine strong motion data.

02/28/2000 - Uncorrected acceleration:

  Station 5396: the instrument serial number is 517, not 547, and the sensor
  orientations should be: Channel A = 180 deg, Channel B = UP, Channel C = 270 deg.
  The erroneous data files have been removed and replaced by files with the proper information.

02/28/2000 - Corrected text headers:

  The text headers in all of the files have been modified to correct a formatting
  error associated with the peak motion (the value of the peak motion should
  be reported in columns 42-50 of the record, but was incorrectly written to 
  columns 42-51).  These modifications do not affect the time series data in the files. 

12/22/2000 - discrepancies in channel names for several stations in text headers corrected:
  station 5404, S/N 0137, channel 3 (trace C) should be "3rd Fls S" not "3rd Flr E"
  station 5410, S/N 1099, channel 6 (trace F) should be "Ceil N" not "Ceil"
  station 5412, S/N 0178, channel 10 (trace J) should be "E" not "NW"
  station 5412, S/N 0178, channel 12 (trace L) should be "4th Flr Subrf SE" not "Subroof SE"
  station 5412, S/N 0178, channel 13 (trace M) should be "4th Flr Subrf SE" not "Subroof SE"

12/27/2000 - Time-series data for station 141, S/N 537, Griffith Park Observatory have several 
small data gaps due to dropouts in telemetry.  Efforts are being made to recover missing data.

04/30/2001 - Corrected text headers:

  station 5282, S/N 513, Wrightwood Post Office:  integer text header cell #15 (sensor code)
  had incorrect code of 113 for all trace files.  Correct code is 31.  All trace c (channel 3)
  files were missing horizontal orientation value in integer text header cell #14.  Value of
  270 was added to all trace c files.  These modifications do not affect the time series data
  in these files.
